Fresh, lively firefly squid from Toyama Prefecture, caught in the late night/early morning of April 13, 2026!

(Since the morning paper is off today, I took a photo with the clock. We caught a total of 40L.)

Caught from deep water, so no sand is included. (May contain marine debris such as wood chips, seaweed, small fish, or similar species.)

I caught these for my own consumption.
Since I have extra to share with relatives, friends, acquaintances, and colleagues, I am selling them on Mercari.

Due to Mercari's rules prohibiting the sale of raw food for consumption, I am unfortunately selling them as frozen fishing bait!
(It's a shame, as they are actually for delicious human consumption.)
But if you catch a big one using them as fishing bait, you'll be like a straw-millionaire! lol

Portioned into approximately 400g-420g bags and placed in M-sized Ziploc bags.

They are frozen flat for easy storage in the freezer and thawing.

The total weight will be under 5kg, so it will be shipped via Kuroneko Yamato Cool Service, size 80. To ensure the total weight including the cardboard box and packaging materials is under 5kg, the actual net weight will be approximately 4.4kg for sale.

Since Mercari shipping does not support cool delivery, please understand that it will be shipped via Kuroneko Yamato Cool Takkyubin (cash on delivery)!
