This is a mysterious stamp not found in Scott's classic catalog. It appears they were once attached but are now separated. (They are simply arranged side-by-side for a better appearance.) If the denominations are in lire and cents, I believe it's Italian, similar to a recent listing, but I'm not entirely confident, so I've labeled it a mysterious stamp. Only the stamp will be shipped.
