This is a lacquered tweed cabinet custom-ordered from Better Built Workshops, a builder favored by boutique amp manufacturers in the US.
While the standard Super Amp specification is 2x10, this is a rare cabinet ordered with a 1x12 configuration.
I owned a 1957 5E3 and intended to build a custom specification with this cabinet, so I imported it about 20 years ago. However, I've been too busy and am now listing it without having done anything with it.
The quality is top-notch, as Victoria Amp and many other boutique amp manufacturers use these cabinets.
Made from solid pine, it is also incredibly lightweight, and as far as I know, it's the ideal tweed cabinet.
Incidentally, I also have a chassis for this (I'd have to search to confirm if it was for a Tweed Super 5F4, 5E5A, or Bandmaster 5E7) and a circuit board for a Tweed Bassman. If you're interested, please feel free to ask questions. Please note that the nut is missing, but it is the same size as a Fender nut.
