Ascaso Steel Uno PID
I believe I've been using this for a little over 2 years.
This is a model not released in Japan, and I really wanted it, so I had it custom-made for Japanese 110v use through an authorized dealer in Austria, and then sent to Ascaso in Spain, so it was quite expensive.
I think it cost around 1200 Euros when I bought it. Including import costs, it was about 200,000 yen, but it would be more expensive now.
It is in beautiful condition and in perfect working order.
This model also comes in a Duo double boiler type (more accurately, it rapidly heats water in a pipe), but I don't recommend it as the steam is weak.
The current latest models seem to have a hot water wand and allow setting pre-infusion wait times, but I don't think they are necessary.
Hot water comes out of the steam wand by switching the lever.
It is in perfect working order and comes with the original box. Please see the photos.
