This pad is for those who have not had reconstruction after a total mastectomy.

This is the light type.

I tried various methods because it tends to shift, and found that this shape shifts the least. It's been over 10 years since my surgery, and this is the easiest to use.

I use a tank top with built-in cups because regular bras rub under my armpits and feel uncomfortable, so I prefer less constriction.

① Insert it by sandwiching it between the elastic band under your chest and the sides of your chest and back. (Photo 6)

② You can adjust the amount of padding with a single touch, without any troublesome sewing.
