Primus Kinja Custom Parts

These are custom parts for the Primus Kinja.

This listing is for the wooden parts and brass screws only.
Please note that the burner unit and screwdriver are not included.

These are not genuine products.
They are handmade.

I made these wooden parts myself, thinking, I wish the Kinja had wood parts like the Tupiike.

They are finished with a walnut-colored wax to match the matte black of the Kinja.
The wooden parts have been shaped and processed.

To install, remove the original brass screws with a flathead screwdriver.
(A small flathead screwdriver, about 3mm, is recommended. They are available at 100-yen shops and elsewhere.)

Do not remove all screws at once. Install one wooden part at a time.
Remove the two original screws and attach the wooden part with the included brass screws.
When tightening the screws, lightly tighten one side, then lightly tighten the opposite side,
and then alternate tightening them little by little.

⚠️If you tighten one side completely, the other side will have no play and will be difficult to tighten.

⚠️Be careful not to overtighten with excessive force.
Repeat for the remaining two parts to complete the installation.

The original screws are too short, so
six longer brass screws are included (see photo 4).

Photo 5 shows everything included in the product:
3 wooden parts, 6 brass screws.

Please store the original brass screws so you don't lose them.
