Description
This is a scalloped nut (Gibson type).
Material: Unbleached cow bone
String spacing: Approximately 7mm
Please check the photos for width, thickness, etc.

It can be replaced on most standard Gibson and Zemaitis guitars without major modifications.
While the HISASHI signature model has a nut width of 42mm, most other models are 43mm, so this one is recommended.
When installing on a Zemaitis, the Zemaitis nut is easily removable, so replacing it or returning to the original nut should not be difficult.

This scalloped nut is famously used on original Zemaitis guitars from when the founder himself was making them, and on GLAY's HISASHI signature model.
Even if you don't own a signature Zemaitis, replacing the nut with this one can bring the look and sound closer to the original.
For Gibson users with Les Pauls, SGs, etc., this unbleached version will likely blend better visually.
You may also notice improved note separation.
