Its approximate location is east of Australia and north of New Zealand. It is located over 7,000 km southeast of Japan. Number of Islands: An archipelago nation consisting of over 300 islands, with about 100 inhabited.
Area: The total area is approximately 18,000 square kilometers, roughly the same size as Shikoku in Japan.
Main Islands: The largest island is Viti Levu, which is home to the capital city, Suva, and Nadi International Airport, a hub for tourism.
Climate: It has a warm tropical marine climate year-round and is famous as a resort destination with beautiful beaches and coral reefs. 1. Protection of Family and Peace
Turtles can freely move between land and sea and protect their homes (shells) even in storms, making them symbols of protecting family and bringing peace to the home. Hanging it on a wall is expected to serve as a guardian deity for household safety.

Due to the long lifespan of turtles, it carries the meaning of wishing for longevity and health, similar to Japan. It is an auspicious item imbued with the wish for a long and happy life. In Fiji, turtle motifs are also said to bring love and good luck. Especially since it is carved in an important place like the forehead, it is also believed to bring benefits such as wisdom and guidance to the right path. The inscription TREATED indicates that the mask has been treated for insect and rot prevention.
