Comment:
The beautiful blue background with black paulownia and yellow and red arrow feather patterns is very modern!
It's not Kinsha, but perhaps Tsumugi? It has a textured feel.
I've rated it as such just in case.

No major noticeable scratches or stains were found, but
I believe there may be other minor, less noticeable scratches or stains.
Please understand that this is an old kimono.
