Although not immediately obvious from the title, this is a Theremin instruction book.
It includes explanations on how to play using a one-antenna Matryomin and a two-antenna Etherwave, as well as a description of what the Theremin is and the necessary equipment for playing it.
The included CD contains demonstration performances with guitar accompaniment and karaoke tracks for each of the practice songs featured in the book.
The cover shows some signs of use, and there is slight yellowing due to age overall, but the condition is relatively good.
The included CD is unopened.
